About

Built by operators.

We've placed the brokers, formed the entities, navigated the boards, and sat through the state commission audits. That's where the company comes from.

Real estate used to be hyperlocal, and licensing law was written for that world. It never adjusted when technology companies, lenders, and corporate teams started running real estate operations across twenty states from one office. Every state still wants a licensed broker supervising real activity inside an entity it recognizes, and that requirement doesn't care how good your software is.

So we build that structure and maintain it. The entity is the client's. What we provide is the licensed supervision inside it, the written policies and employee agreements that keep unlicensed staff clear of licensed work, and the documentation that holds up when a state commission asks. In any of the 50 states and DC.

Engagements get scoped to what a client actually needs, which sometimes means one state and one broker and sometimes means a national footprint. We don't do property management, we don't represent individual buyers and sellers, we don't take equity in client companies in exchange for services, and we aren't legal counsel.
