Company History
License Link was started to address the continued disintermediation of the real estate industry. RESPA compliance requirements and recent NAR Settlements have driven a need for a cost effective national real estate licensing solution which gives companies access to the licenses and data that drive their businesses and decisions.
The principals’ core focus has been on corporate real estate so it was easy to see the evolution of small brokerage and national franchises giving way to corporations driving their own real estate brokerages.
